Simotto Design Limited was established in 2019. Simotto, as the name suggests, is the combination of “Simple” and “Motto” which represents that our company is “simple but not ordinary”.
The founders of the company come together in different areas of work, each with more than ten years of design and engineering experience. Cooperating to complete a number of different types of housing, most of which are detached housing projects.
Each of the construction team has more than ten years or more of experience, and each of them has been working together for a long time. The handwork and quality are recognized and appreciated by many sides.Our chief designer has won interior design awards and has more than ten years of construction knowledge
We focus on making different types of houses, detached houses, office buildings and shops, etc... All designs are customer-oriented, so that every guest has a simple but extraordinary comfort in life.
The production process of each project will be closely followed up by our designers and project supervisors to ensure that the on-site construction procedures proceed smoothly and greatly reduce the occurrence of project delays. We will also use on-site photos as project records for different periods during the construction process for future reference.
